Part 2 Sentence Translation
（1）This Agreement made and entered into by and between ABC Co. and XYZ Co.
譯文：ABC 公司和XYZ公司雙方簽訂本協議。
（2）NOW, therefore, the parties hereto agree as follows：
譯文：故經雙方協商一致同意如下：
（3）This Contract is made out in two originals, each copy written in Chinese and English
languages, both texts being equally valid. In case of any divergence of interpretation, the Chinese text shall prevail.
譯文：本合同正文一式兩份，分別以中文和英文書寫，兩種文本具有同等效力。若對其解釋產生異議，則(將)以中文本為準。
（4）This Contract shall come into force after the signatures by the authorized representatives of both parties.
譯文：本合同將在雙方授權代表簽字后正式生效。
（5）This Contract shall be written in English in four copies. Each party shall keep two copies. 譯文：本合同應以英文寫成，一式四份，雙方各持兩份。
(1)每份合同都可以劃分成約首、本文和約尾三個部分并且必須按照這個順序排列，各部分所包含的要件一般都比較固定、不可或缺，否則就無法成為受法律保護的正式合同。
(2)此外，合同的各個要件多以條款的方式按照從一般到特殊的邏輯順序排列，每個特定項
目都處在一個結構嚴密完整的框架之中。
